In addition to well-trained Technicians, Oilstop's service-driven process requires many skilled people:

• Service Coordinator: The Oilstop ambassador, who is responsible for the initial service items and sets the first impression for each guest.
   
• Service Writer: The team bay leader, who drives the service process and is responsible for the service of each car.
   
• Lube Technician: The backbone for each Oilstop Team, who is responsible for all under vehicle services.
   
• Team Training Manager: Along with Manager, responsible for continuous training of store staff and managing the store in absence of the manager.
   
• Store Manager: Responsible for managing the daily operations of a store, as well as overseeing the training and development of management trainees.
