How much does it cost?

Nothing, there is no incremental charge to join Oilstop’s Fleet Program!

How many vehicles do I need to have? Can you serve fleets of all sizes?

You must have at least 4 vehicles to participate in the Oilstop Fleet Program. There is no maximum cap to the number of vehicles in a fleet. We serve fleets big and small!

Do I receive a discount on Oilstop’s products and services if I sign-up for the Fleet Program?

Yes! If you have a fleet of 4-19 vehicles, you will receive a 10% discount. If you have a fleet of 20 or more vehicles, you will receive a 15% discount. ( At sign-up, you will be asked to provide the make, model and license plate number of each of your fleet vehicles.) The discount is off of the list price and applies to all products and services. These discounts cannot be combined with any other discount, and the discount is only available on services performed on vehicles that are registered to your fleet.

Are there different kinds of Fleet Accounts?

Upon signing-up for the Fleet Program you will be offered a choice between 2 different types of Fleet Accounts: Credit Card Account – With a Credit Card account, Oilstop keeps your credit card on file and simply charges the card for services rendered each month. Standard Credit Account – With a Standard Credit Account, Oilstop invoices your business monthly for the charges accrued to your account throughout the month from servicing your fleet vehicles. You then have 10 days to remit payment on the invoice.

What is “the catch?”

There is no “catch”. You simply sign-up through our fleet registration form and we will notify you of your approval as aFleet Program customer.

How do you know which vehicles are mine when my driver goes to an Oilstop store?

We associate your vehicle’s license plate number to your Fleet Account in our system and apply the appropriate discount accordingly. This is why it is important for you to notify Oilstop of any additions to, or subtractions from, your fleet.

What kinds of fleets of vehicles do you service?

We can service all cars as well as light and medium duty gas and diesel trucks. Our fleet guests include companies in all of the trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.) as well as telecommunications and other service companies. Any company that operates a fleet of light vehicles can be an Oilstop Fleet Program customer!
